just Trusting God!

Just trying to live a life built on faith and trust! Growing up my favorite verse was Jeremiah 29:11 ” For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

So many reassuring verses in the Bible, but this one here helps us to understand God’s love for us. There are a few things that can be drawn from this verse.

  1. The Lord has a plan for you. There are times when we feel lost, no sense of direction and a feeling of no purpose. When we need clarity and wisdom, who else to turn to other than the One who created us? Everything is created with a purpose, and that includes us. So when feeling uncertain, remember God has a plan for your life.

  2. His plan is to prosper us.Have you ever made a mistake and felt like that was the end? Like there was no coming back? Or maybe there was a roadblock that seemed impossible to get over? Well if God has a plan for you, he knows all things before they happen. So remember, God’s plan is for the best. Although we may not understand it, his plan is to help us succeed.

  3. God does nothing to harm us.This reminds us that we are to trust God. If God led us to it, he will bring us through it. Although we may feel afraid or under-qualified, God is with us.

  4. God’s plan gives us hope and a future. We can trust that God will fulfill his promises to us. His plan allows us to be confident in his is faithfulness and love for us.

What does this verse tell you about God’s plan for your life?

Just remember we put our hope and trust in God alone. Nothing else. The world is changing, but God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Trust in the Lord with all your ♥️.
